Bar Opus is the new city bar addition to the Opus family.

We celebrate beautiful market fresh British produce through menus which allow the flavours of the top class ingredients to shine through. The only way to deliver the most delicious dishes at the best value for our customers is to be ingredient-led, buying each day from our family of suppliers around the British Isles. Our menus feature the likes of Cornish lamb from Launceston, fish fresh daily from Brixham market, beef from the single estate grass-fed herd in Aberdeenshire and Worcestershire/Warwickshire fruits and vegetables which are on our tables the day after picking.

We are fiercely committed to our core values of quality and an ethical approach to food where we buy the best seasonal, home grown ingredients.
